Standard shipping: $8.95
Rural shipping: $9.95
ORDER PROCESSING
Your order will be processed within 2 working days.
Delivery to North Island locations usually takes 1-2 business days and to South Island locations 1-3 business days. Rural addresses may take an additional 1-2 days.
Leatherman NZ is closed on all New Zealand public holidays. No orders are processed on these days.
RETURNS
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30 day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way. If the return is a result of our error, Leatherman NZ will also refund shipping charges and will compensate you for the return shipping of the item.
Items should be returned in the original product packaging with the packing slip included and/or contact details and order number.
Please note: we highly recommend sending returns via courier. In the case of NZ Post this means you will need to upgrade from their standard tracked post service to courier. If you do choose to send via post, please expect a delay in the processing of your return of up to 2 weeks.
Customised or engraved items are not subject to return or exchange.
Clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty.
